Website previews and Google Business Profile Checkups are complimentary for qualifying businesses. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, delivery, a particular outcome, or availability. No purchase is required.

No performance guarantees

Agency Tone does not guarantee leads, calls, sales, revenue, search rankings, Google placement, funding approval, or other business outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside Agency Tone’s control.

Website subscription

Website plans currently require a $199 activation fee and cost $99 per month unless a written promotional arrangement applies. There is no minimum commitment. Clients own their domain. If subscription service ends, the Agency Tone-hosted website is suspended and remains eligible for reactivation with a $35 reactivation fee.

Google Business Profile services

Google Profile recommendations and implementation are intended to improve accuracy, completeness, presentation, and activity. Agency Tone does not control Google’s platform, policies, ranking systems, suspensions, or approval decisions.

LLC filing assistance

Agency Tone is not a law firm and does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice. Filing assistance is administrative in nature. Government fees and optional services should be stated separately before purchase.

Referral relationships

Agency Tone may receive compensation from third-party funding or financing providers. Approval, rates, fees, terms, and servicing are determined by those providers. Customers should review provider agreements and seek independent professional advice when appropriate.
